Cancellation Policy

At Wavy Woods Forest & Beach School, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and allow us to manage our sessions effectively, please review our cancellation policy below:

Booking and Payment

  • All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance to secure your place.

  • Payment can be made via our booking page

Cancellation by Clients

  • Our sessions are non-refundable due to the limited number of spaces and the advance preparation required.

  • We will consider exceptions for genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and we will do our best to find a fair resolution.

  • Please note that even in exceptional circumstances, we can only refund the amount paid minus our service providers charges, which we lose at point of sale.

Cancellation by Wavy Woods

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, illness, or safety concerns), we will notify you as soon as possible. We may offer indoor options if they are available and you wish.

  • You will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule your session at no extra cost.

Rescheduling

  • Requests to reschedule must be made at least 7 days before the original session date.

  • You can do this directly via your booking, and there is no cost incurred.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

No-Shows

  • If you do not attend a booked session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
